We ask for a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a fee. This policy is in place as we will not be able to fill the cancelled appointment with short notice. The card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. IF WE’RE ABLE to fill your appointment slot the fee can be waived. If we are unable to collect payment upon cancellation all future appointments will be forfeited until paid in full. We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the card on file up to 100% of the service to those who do not show up. Appointment confirmations are sent 72 hours in advance and reminders are sent 24 hours in advance via text and email, if there is one on file. We understand somethings are uncontrollable and unexpected. We try to be accommodating to all situations. Please communicate with us by text or call.
